What you’ll do

• Be the go-to host for every guest and keep the smiles flowing.
• Solve problems with care and speed, even on busy days.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Events for seamless stays.
• Spotlight our amenities and partner experiences.
• Prep clear reports for management and guide the daily rota.

What you bring

• 2+ years in Guest Relations (or similar)
• Hospitality background or related studies
• Calm, hands-on leadership and standout service skills
• Confident with MS Office (Excel/Word), Google Drive & Management Software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and problem-solving
