• We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Floor Supervisor to join our new café in Hiriketiya. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, creates a warm, welcoming guest experience.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Based in Hiriketiya or committed to staying long-term.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Welcome customers and Lead the front of house.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, and handle issues calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, order & hospitality standards throughout.
• Assist with general admin tasks (scheduling, stock checks, daily reports).
