• A skilled, friendly, and energetic Barman to join our team at Dots. If you love hospitality, know your way around a bar, and enjoy creating great guest experiences, this role is for you.
• Engage with guests and deliver warm, attentive service.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Experience as a barista/bartender is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Based in Hiriketiya or happy to commit long-term.
