Head Chef 

Dots Bay House is a thriving 250-seat restaurant in the heart of surf paradise. We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Head Chef to lead our large, busy kitchen team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• A creative passion for international cuisines, with a strong emphasis on South East Asian and South Asian flavours.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume kitchen and leading a large team.
• Strong skills in food costing, kitchen reporting, and back-end management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
